1. What This Platform Does

Stedda is a product of TopeySoft LLC. The Platform helps you create multi-page websites using artificial intelligence. You provide your details and AI generates a full website for you. You can also request removal of any site at any time.

The Platform offers three subscription tiers: Free, Pro ($12/mo), and Business ($29/mo). Each tier provides different feature limits, including the number of products, services, integrations, AI usage quotas, and visual customization options.

2. User Accounts

You may create an account to create and manage websites. You may sign in using email/password or through third-party OAuth providers (Google, GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Site Ownership

When you create a website while logged in, you are the owner and have full editing access to the site content. You can customize everything and connect a custom domain.

Sites follow a draft/publish workflow. All edits are saved to a draft state and do not affect the live site until you explicitly publish them. You may discard drafts at any time to revert to the published version.

Free plan sites are accessible at stedda.com/your-slug. Pro and Business plan sites receive a subdomain (your-slug.stedda.com). You may also connect a custom domain or purchase a domain through the platform on paid plans.

4. Third-Party Integrations

You may connect third-party accounts to enhance your site's functionality:

E-commerce integrations (Business plan): Shopify, Etsy, and Square. When you connect these services via OAuth, we sync product catalogs, inventory, and pricing.
Booking integrations (Business plan): Calendly and Acuity Scheduling embed scheduling interfaces on your site.
Stripe Connect: If you sell products or services, payments are processed through Stripe Connect. The platform charges a transaction fee (5% Free / 3% Pro / 1% Business) on commerce sales.
Content sync: You may sync content from Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and Google Places using profile URLs. The platform fetches public data on your behalf.

You are responsible for your use of third-party integrations and must comply with each provider's terms of service.

5. Commerce & Marketplace

When you use the platform's commerce features (product listings, discount codes, order processing, bookings), you are acting as the seller. The Platform facilitates transactions through Stripe Connect but is not a party to the transaction between you and your customers.

Platform transaction fees apply to all commerce sales based on your plan tier and are deducted automatically. You must comply with all applicable consumer protection laws, provide accurate product descriptions and pricing, honor your stated refund and return policies, and comply with Stripe's Restricted Businesses list.

6. Newsletter & Email Sending

The platform allows site owners to collect email subscribers and send newsletter campaigns. By using these features, you agree to:

Only send emails to subscribers who have confirmed their subscription (double opt-in)
Comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable email marketing laws
Not use the newsletter feature to send spam, phishing, or misleading content
Honor unsubscribe requests promptly

Plan limits apply: Free plan users cannot send campaigns; Pro plan users may send up to 4 campaigns per month to up to 2,000 subscribers; Business plan users have unlimited campaigns and up to 10,000 subscribers.

7. Reviews

Sites on the platform may receive customer reviews from visitors. Review submissions include the reviewer's name, email, rating, and review text.

As a site owner, you are responsible for moderating reviews on your site. The platform provides tools to approve, reject, reply to, and delete reviews. Manipulation of reviews (including posting fake reviews, incentivizing positive reviews without disclosure, or systematic downvoting of competitors) is prohibited.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Impersonate others or create sites misrepresenting identity
Upload malicious content, malware, or spam
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Scrape or bulk-download content from the platform
Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm others

9. Content Ownership

AI-generated content is owned by the Platform until you create and customize it. Once you create a site, you own the content you add or modify. The Platform retains the right to host and display your site as part of the service.

Content you upload (photos, documents, logos) remains your property. By uploading, you grant the Platform permission to host and display it as part of your site.

10. Removal Requests

If you are the subject of an auto-generated site and wish it removed, you may submit a removal request. We commit to processing removal requests within 24 hours.

11. Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the DMCA. If you believe content on Stedda infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA & Copyright Policy for instructions on filing a takedown notice.

12. Billing & Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: inaccuracies in AI-generated content, service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions.

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of auto-generated information.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time using the self-service option in your dashboard Settings page. Account deletion anonymizes your profile, schedules all your sites for removal with a 7-day grace period, and cancels active subscriptions at the end of their billing period.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TopeySoft LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) content you publish or sell through the Platform; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

16. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Missouri.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

17. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or failures of third-party service providers.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
